Lough Mask is known for it’s beautiful brown trout, it also stocks large pike and perch. We are situated on the 2 most popular bays on Lough Mask, Lively Bay and Golden Bay. We also have many small inlets and pools along the shore for early morning or late evening fishing.
We have miles of shore line where you can go shore fishing anytime. If you want bank fishing, whether spinning or flyfishing, wetfly or dryfly or nymph fishing, there are literally miles of shoreline and pathways just yards from your Mobile Home.
Here at Lough Mask Mobile Homes we have great 19ft boats for hire, some with swivel seats for extra comfort, with or without motors at very reasonable rates. You can bring your own motor providing it’s not over 9.9 HP.
Or if, like many of our customers, you have your own boat, why not bring it along! We have plenty space for you to moor your own boat - that was probably your reason for getting a boat in the first place so why not use it. If you wish you can also leave your boat here on a trailer for the fishing season.
We are also within a few miles of Lough Carra so you take your own boat along to spend a day fishing there, Lough Corrib is also within easy reach. We have facilities here to power wash your boat if using your boat on other lakes. You can also head off to the Moy river to spend a day salmon fishing.
